Old school Rustic meets new school Rustic! This is a recipe that we had forgotten all about. And then... we remembered! Golden Citrado! This was an experimental beer back from when we were homebrewers that consisted of Golden Promise grains to lend to a sweeter malt build and Citra and El Dorado hops. We refined the recipe a bit but kept most of it true to the original recipe. The result... A phenomenal citrus-forward beer with great aromas and full flavor profile to follow.
