BOTTLE: Best before 12/15. Brown glass. 330 ml. Tapered shape. Branded black pry-off cap. Served cold into a pilsner glass at low altitude in Kuopio, Finland. Purchased at a Prisma supermarket. Reviewed live as a golden ale per the label.
4.6% ABV.
No bubble show forms as it's poured.
HEAD: ~1 finger wide. White in colour. Subpar frothiness and creaminess. Retention is nice - ~4 minutes. Leaves no lacing on the sides of the glass as it recedes.
BODY: Clear honey-copper of average vibrance. No yeast particulate or hop sediment is visible.
Looks decent for a golden ale. Not unique or special looking.
AROMA: Honey, Munich & pilsner malt, modest floral hops, and clean barley. Has no yeasty taste. No off-notes or alcohol.
Aromatic intensity is average. Not too sweet or too bitter.
TASTE: Has a nice floral hop taste which pairs well with the pilsner malts and Munich malts. It's simple and plain, but nicely balanced, without too much sweetness or bitterness. Has no yeast character, alcohol, or off-notes.
Not gestalt, but it has some loose cohesion. Build could be far more complex or subtle. It's a bit plain for a golden ale, and I usually expect more of a guiding yeast presence.
TEXTURE: Presents its flavour profile cleanly. Smooth and wet. Light to medium-bodied. Somewhat refreshing.
Suits the taste nicely, but doesn't feel custom-tailored to it. There's no harmony of texture and taste. Well-carbonated. Could be softer.
OVERALL: Drinkable and enjoyable, but rather simple and neutral for a golden ale. I do like it, but I wouldn't buy it again - at least not at its Finnish price point. Worth trying, I suppose, but not a world-class or special brew. I'm glad it's available in supermarkets, but don't expect anything exemplary. I do like the honey note.

0,5 l can into a plastic pint. Clear golden color, medium white head that settles down quickly. Malt and tropical fruit on the smell. Fresh taste of malt and tropical fruit with a dry and slightly bitter end to it. A bit watery taste and feel due to the low alcohol level of an ale to be sold in finnish grocery stores. Still a refreshing ale to be drunk while having a sauna.
