On tap at Spokeasy Public House
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and laces nicely.
S: Mango hits first, light vanilla, zesty citrus, bonus light tropical notes, a touch of pine, biscuity malt, caramel sweetness, and a hint of lactose.
T: Mango up front, but it isn't overbearing, hops keep it in check, followed with zesty citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, a little pine, a hint of pineapple, vanilla really comes out as it warms, biscuity malt, light caramel sweetness, and a faint touch of lactose.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, ever so slightly creamy.
O: Wouldn't mind the IBUs dialed back just a bit, but that's sorta their style. Still a solid brew and a nice way to kick off Central California Craft Beer Week.
