A hazy double IPA brewed with a Kveik yeast strain. "Kveik" strains originate in Norway and have some unique properties. With Kveik yeasts, a brewer can ferment at very high temperatures without developing a lot of the off flavors that might pop up with normal yeast strains. To put this claim to the test we fermented this beer at 95 degrees. The result is a hazy beer bursting with tons of pineapple and tropical fruit aromas and a nice hoppy finish.
