First Anniversary beer for Ketch. Clear yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Duvel tulip. Aromas of pine, orange, and a whiff of honeysuckle. Some sweet malt to show off the aromatics followed by the bitter finish. A mouthful of fermenting pineapple with grapefruit peel. Hints of melon and green beans.
This is supposed to be "double dry-hopped" with Eureka, Ekuanot, and Calypso. In any case the aromatics come through with a reasonable amount of bitterness. Overall it's a clean and satisfying hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market.
