Clear amber in the big goblet with adequate foam. Clean and crisp sensations. Very wheaty tasting, the malted milk Cream of Wheat flavor. Very modest bitterness but enough for balance. There's a hint of dried pear and a grainy finish. Highly gulpable. Long bready nose. On tap at the brewery restaurant on Park Blvd.
