On draft at Alma Mader. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of biscuity malt, toasted bread and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with toasted caramel, some citrus and a mild bitterness.

Pours a lightly foggy yellow with a finger of white foam, with good retention on the head. Aroma is lemon, grassy and herbal hops, and crackers and bready malt. Flavor profile is lemon, grassy, herbal hops and crackery, biscuity malts. Lovely little zest and spice up front, that settles out over crackers for a palate cleanse. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crisp effervescence. Overall, really great hops up front with a pleasant, dry malt undertone that drives forward at the finish.
