Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt and hopped with noble German hops. Our festbier focuses on bringing out rounded malt flavor and aroma while keeping a dry and floral finish.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee and caramel. Sweet caramel taste with toasty notes and a mild bitterness.

16oz undated can poured into a dimpled mug at fridge temp 5.5% ABV per label. The beer pours bright light golden yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves a little spotty lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet pils malt, honey and bready notes. The taste is semisweet pilsner malt with light notes of mineral and firm, moderate, earthy bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, excellent. It's hard to describe how well done this one is because there aren't a lot of flavor descriptors. Pure delicious pils malt with a perfect application of noble type hops. Infinitely drinkable. Thanks Harrison!

Pours a light amber-straw with a light fog to the transparency. Head is a finger of white foam, showing good retention. Aroma is light bready, earthy, caramely malts with subtleties of toffee and yeast. Flavor profile is light bready, caramely, earthy malts with soft bready yeast just beyond. Mouth feel is lightly crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, clean and simple, hitting its marks well.
