Pours a bright golden-straw color with a twinge of fog to the transparency. Head is a finger and a half rolling out of a crowler (canned 2 days prior to review - stored cold). Aroma is citrus - with tangerine, papaya and orange all hitting the nose at first. There is a dollop of lemon zest and a sprig of bready, nutty, earthy malts to round it out. Flavor profile is tangerine, papaya, orange and lemon zest over bready, biscuity, earthy, nutty malts. Tropical fruit opening is very light adding a thin layer of sweetness before the malts take back the balance. Mouth feel is crisp with a light effervescence that is just lovely. It has a medium, middle-of-the-road consistency. Overall, crisp and refreshing with a little flavor pop out front. It's easy going and simple.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 32oz crowler.
