Nothing to Hide (Galaxy)

Pours a hazy pale orange that has a dull saturation. Head is three fingers out of an aggressive crowler pour. Aroma is earthy and tropical fruit hops that reside above earthy, bready malts. A little residual resiny hops at the back, but the earthy, tropical fruit hops are the storyline here. Flavor profile is a little less earthy, putting tropical fruits first, and then earthy hops. Resiny hops behind add a little further depth to the hop profile. Underneath and supporting the hop profile are earthy, bready malts that resonate and vibe well. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a little prickly effervescence at the front that subsides quickly, with the majority of the profile being more of the crushed, chalky velvet associated with NEIPAs. Overall, hops are fantastic and pair well with the underlying malts. It's hop forward without being hop aggressive.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 750mL bottle.
