Pours a translucent yellow that is about neutral in terms of dark to pale. Head is a finger of white foam poured from a week and a half old crowler. Aroma is straw, biscuits and grassy hops. Very staccato and light. Flavor profile is grassy, herbal and resiny hops with a little straw and biscuity, wafery malts behind. While it opens slightly hoppy, it closes with a dry finale. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, crisp and refreshing with just a little hop bite up front to keep it interesting.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegalau tulip from a 750mL crowler.
