This double NEIPA pours a yellow-ish gold, and is completely opaque. The off-white head slowly collapses, and has moderate, delicate lacing. The aroma is mix of bitter citrus, green pepper, and a hit of alcohol astringency.
The taste is full of grapefruit and pine - just aggressive enough to balanced again the malt backbone. The finish is full, with some pepper and alcoholic sweetness.
