This beer is the first in Alma Mader's Lump Sum series, which starts with a flavor profile and then works backward to find hops to provide those elements.
This beer pours a yellowish-gold, with an off-white head. Light lacing. The aroma has lots of pineapple and citrus in it, while the taste has an additional hint of grass to it (along with the bitter citrus and pineapple). Finishes light and crisp, but a little hot.
