Pours a translucent, clear pale yellow with two fingers of white foam. Head retention is great. Aroma is crackers, wafers, grains, straw, wheat, and grassy hops. Mild, and controlled. Flavor profile leads with the same tempered reserve of the nose, hitting notes of straw, crackers, wafers, light wheat, and grassy hops. Finish is dry. Mouth feel is a soft, even crispness. Thickness is medium-thin. Not overly crisp, but still in the "refreshing" part of the spectrum. Overall, a dry wafer bomb.
