Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a transparent yellow with a good amount of white head. Good carbonation and lacing. Nose is resin right from the gun. Citrus peel, grass, leather, and pine. Very crisp and fresh on the nose.

Taste follows the nose nicely. Dank, resin, pine, citrus peel, leather, and wheat. The taste is straight to the point. It's very good at what it is. Definitely Pliny style!

Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Definitely dry. The ABV really doesn't come through on the taste. Overall, this is a fantastic take on the West Coast style.

Pours golden-copper with a hint of fog to the transparency. Head is two fingers of snow white foam. Aroma is a marriage of tropical fruits and dank forest notes, hitting tropical fruits, dank, resiny, and piney along the way. Light earthy and bready malts behind add some base before a quick, dry conclusion. Flavor profile is a little more citrus and tropical fruit forward, before piney, dank, and resiny hop notes steal the scene. The end is a tug-of-war match between these two hop focuses, which adds some hop-centric contrast at the end. Finish is dry, aided by dry earthy malts coming in right at the finish. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a crisp texture. Overall, hops keep it intriguing with a dry finish keeping it from lingering. The West Coast style on this keeps things refreshing and evolving.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.
