Pours a heavily fogged dark yellow with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is wheat, raw grain, crackery, wafery, biscuity malts and straw. Zesty and grassy hops work their way to the nose late. Clean and zesty. Flavor profile is wheat, grass, herbal and zesty hops with biscuity, wafery, and bready malts. Light tones of straw add some further prairie vibes to each sip. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a plush, consistent velvet throughout. Overall, lovely natural notes with a malty backbone that refrains from going dry.
