Bringing back the Settling In series with Mochaccino! We used a lovely blend of Guatemalan and Columbian Messenger Coffee Co. beans that resulted in a robust coffee character that rides alongside a steep ridge line of whole Madagascar vanilla beans from Sava Trading Co., and decadent Ecuadorian cacao nibs. It’s like getting a big hug from your indulgent morning caffeine fix.

Pours pitch black with two fingers of mocha colored foam. Aroma is sweet cream, mocha, faint light coffee, milk chocolate, and roasty, toasty, caramely malts. It leans into sweet, at least initially, but is balanced out by the roasty malt finish. Flavor profile is roasty, toasty, caramely malts with mocha and coffee laced across the top. It pushes the malts forward, forming a strong foundation for the decadent coffee shop notes to follow. Balance is middle of the road. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a creamy texture that's broken up by just a touch of grit at the onset. Overall, steadfast milk stout base with mocha and coffee mixed in for added depth and intrigue.
