We love a great hop combo in a no frills pale ale with incredible drinkability. Mosaic and Strata make way for a tropical overload of peach-pineapple with just the right amount of dank. Our pales are all about balance, but no sacrifices are made with our hopping rates. It fulfills every ounce of your hoppy desires.

Tasting notes: peach-pineapple, dank, yellow mango.

Pours a matte pale orange with an opaque transparency. Head is two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is ripe tropical fruits with papaya, tangerine, and orange zest forming the brunt of the nose. Some green hops and pale hops persist behind. Flavor profile is grapefruit, papaya, mango, and melon rind, with some faint green hops behind. It leans into tropical fruits hard, but then segues into bready, doughy malts. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a consistently soft texture. Overall, a tropical fruit forward pale ale that lands just on the border of IPA vs. pale ale. Thanks to that balance, it has a little more malt poking through the mix in both the nose and flavor profile, creating a more tug-and-pull balance, as opposed to an NE IPA pulling between hop sides.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.
