Pours a golden color with a clear transparency. It's effervescent, with bubbles rising from the bottom to feed a finger of dense white foam. Aroma is doughy, biscuity malts, floral hops, clove, and some late yeast spice. Flavor profile is biscuity, doughy, and bready malts, with a bigger emphasis on the first two. Soft yeast spice and fruitness throughout. Caramelized sugar, banana, and clove at the end. Very slightly dry. Mouth feel is soft, like crushed velvet. A little soft effervescence around the edges. Thickness is medium. Overall, soft and expressive with lovely malts. Crushable, but still thoughtful.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of toasted bread, caramel and sweet floral notes. Sweet caramel, toffee and a light bitterness. Crisp and sharp finish.
