TIY is an extravagant, over-the-top, NE-style Triple IPA. This hop-bomb clocks in at 10.5% abv and hits you with loud aromas of passionfruit, candied melon, and lemon-lime, and has a thick creamy mouthfeel. We used loads of Amarillo, Amarillo Cryo, Citra, Strata, and Mosaic in the dry hop. We always strive for balance in our IPAs, so you’ll find a rounded booziness, with a nice touch of bitterness to contrast the sweet.

Pours a murky yellow-orange with a finger of white foam. Aroma is mango, papaya, and pineapple with a green note behind. It doesn't push alcohol on the nose, though the whole thing smells a little inflated, or potent. Flavor profile is mango, papaya, and tangerine with a dash of pineapple at the back. As it warms, it develops a nettle / green note at the finish. It's well balanced, especially when considering the ABV (10.5%). Mouth feel is medium-thick with a soft, but stalling texture. That is to say, it feels a little smoothered, and smoothed out, perhaps by the high alcohol content (for an IPA.) Overall, a balanced, higher ABV hop bomb IPA. It drinks dangerously smooth.
