Pours a murky pale orange-yellow with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is grapefruit, resin, and herbal hops with a big emphasis on the latter. Nutty, bready malts sit underneath. It's semi-sweet as a whole. Flavor profile pushes herbal, resin, grapefruit, and tangerine hop notes with a big emphasis on herbal and resin notes. Sly bready and biscuity malts work with fruity yeast and white grapes to round things out. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a slightly chalky texture at the onset, and a bubbly finish. Overall, really well made. It's tight, making it a fun, thoughtful sipper that doesn't pound the ABV or hop notes.
