Pours a foggy yellow with two fingers of fluffy snow-white foam. Looks wonderful. Aroma is citrus, lemon zest, bread, and mild toast. Simplicity. Flavor profile hits a little more along the way - citrus, tangerine, and orange. It has a punchy start. Undercurrents of bread, caramel, and toasty malts support the dainty hops, developing a quality story line despite the low, easy-going ABV. A slice of lemon at the end wraps it up. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a fuzzy texture that has forward rolling, consistent silt throughout. Overall, punchy little hops with a great malt backbone and base.
