We've been eager to brew this beer for a long time! Haus is brewed with an inspirational grain bill of all-German Pilsner malt and wheat for this traditional treasure. It's the perfect endcap for the simmering off of summer. It’s refreshing with a nostalgic aroma and flavor profile of banana bread, vanilla wafers, and a hint of clove. It's exactly what we'll be drinking on the patio even after we have to start wearing jeans again.

Pours a copper-yellow with a foggy transluecney. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is banana-nut, clove, bread, grassy hops, and mild fruity and zesty yeast. Sweet leaning, but not sugary. Flavor profile brings forward a little more hop zest, with clove, banana, bread, and fruity yeast behind. As it warms, it develops a very mild straw note. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a fuzzy, neppy texture. Overall, great from nose down to the feel.
