The double milk stout base we know and love, conditioned on an absurd amount of vanilla beans. Three different kinds to be exact - Madagascar vanilla, Tahitian vanilla, and Ugandan vanilla. The blending of beans from different origins creates a complexity in the depth of aromas and flavors, with a rich and creamy body and notes of chocolate-cherry, caramel, and a slight earthiness that we always get from high-quality beans. It’s a vanilla dream in a glass.

Pours black with a couple fingers of caramel-colored foam. Aroma is vanilla bean right out front. Roasty and toasty malts and lactose underneath. A little caramel and chocolate mix for a slightly sweeter profile, driven by vanilla bean. Flavor profile has the same hearty vanilla bean, which shows up in stratospheres, completely engulfing the flavor profile. Vanilla bean and vanilla extract. Roasty, toasty, and caramely malts sit underneath, providing support alongside lactose sugar, and light notes of toffee. Despite the heavy vanilla, it's not a complete sugar bomb, though it is sweet. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a slightly fuzzy texture. It creates a pleasant and full stout sipping experience. Overall, a vanilla bomb that manages to not become an unwieldy sugar bomb. Definitely a dessert beer, but a sugar bomb.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
