Pours an orange-ish gold with a heavy fog translucency. Head is two fingers of snow white. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and faint biscuits. After the dry malts, grassy and herbal hops hit. Flavor profile centers on dry malts again - crackers, wafers, and biscuits. Some grassy and herbal hops add some elevation. Mouth feel is fuzzy and creamy. It's filling for a lager. Medium in thickness. Comforting. Overall, a thick lager that showcases biscuits and wafer malts over sharp hops at the finish.
