A lager that is all buttoned up and inspired by the Japanese lagers that incorporate a heavy hand of rice in the brewing process. Perhaps our most pale lager to date, Seiso feels effortless from start to finish. A blend of pilsner malts and rice, as well as Saaz hops, give this lager a layered aroma of honeysuckle, herbal tea, and bread dough. It is endlessly effervescent, super dry, and can accompany almost any dish out there. We'll have another if you say so

Pours yellow with a fog to the translucency. Head is two and a half fingers of white foam. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and resin hops. It's dry. Flavor profile is cracker, wafer and biscuit malts with resin and grassy hops. Dry with a slow fade. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crispy texture that delivers from start to finish. Overall, a refreshing crispy beer. Dry and semi-sharp.
