Pours black with fatty, thick oil on top. Still in look. Caramel oily legs cling to the glass after a modest swirl. Aroma is marshmallow and coconut right up front, with molasses and brownie batter afterwards. Shredded coconut note is absolute huge. Roasty and toasty malts. Full in aroma with minimal booze. Flavor profile is potent coconut, which somehow grows in strength up until the finish. Brownie batter pairs with roasty and roasty malts for some additional sweetness and bitterness, respectively. Barrel is present but light. Mouth feel ismedium-thick with a silty velvet and creamy texture to it. Overall, really full, rich, and fun. Not overly sweet, but definitely sweet forward.
