Pours yellow with a glowing / light consistency. Transparency is clear with a light frost. Head is two fingers of white foam that retain well. Aroma is crackers, biscuits, and mild grain. Grassy hops appear behind in this dry arrangement. Flavor profile leads in with crackers and biscuit malts. Grain comes in towards the finish. Grassy and faint herbal hops add some texture. As a whole, it's dry. Mouth feel is crispy, with a consistent effervescence from start to finish. Thickness is medium-thin. Overall, dry, crispy, and biscuity. A wonderful, clean way to celebrate this brewery.
