As we move down the line in this fun series of double IPAs, we chose to focus on a beloved hop that is long overdue in this lineup...Amarillo! We sourced the stickiest Amarillo that we could get our hands on, and boy are we glad we did so. Of course you know we had to layer in our good friends Citra and Mosaic for a little autotune, but we're in love with the waterfalls of tangerine and sweet orange that rush across every sip.

Pours pale yellow-orange with an opaque translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits with a little green at the end. Razzle dazzle on the nose. Flavor profile is tropical fruits forward. It's pretty smooth throughout, never overly or fully sweet. Little rindy at the end. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is light silty grit, but otherwise smooth. Overall, smooth and delightful IPA that is not over the top.
