Pours gold in color with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is dry crackery, wafery, and light biscuity malts with herbal, grassy, spicy, and mild flowery hops across the top. Delicate, but firmly dry. Flavor profile is biscuity, crackery, wafery malts with herbal, grassy, flowery, and spicy hops. Hops are a bit more forward in the flavor profile than the aroma. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a subtle sharp crispness that keeps it drinking super refreshing. Overall, a delicate, dry pilsner that remains intriguing without becoming cumbersome. Right balance of crushable and intriguing. Crispy boi. This may be my favorite from the sixth anniversary releases.
