Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a straight-wall glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. White head sits as a thin cap. Leaves behind irregular rings of lacing.
Aroma of dank resin on top of sweet toasted malts. Some onion toward cat piss.
Taste has flavors of dank resin, strawberry, grapefruit, citrus pith, and toasted bread malts. Lingering aftertaste stays bitter.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean, crisp, and a dry finish. Bitter throughout, but in a good way. Very good carbonation.
Checks the boxes for style, with a punchy presentation.
