Pours a transparent dark yellow with a couple fingers of white foam. Aroma is delicate but firm herbal, pine, and citrus hops. Semi-dry malts underneath. Flavor profile is herbal, pine, resin, and mild citrus, forming a semi-sticky layer of hops. Hops sit above dry malts, which really dry out the finish in a refreshing way. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is very crisp with a sharp effervescence. Overall, a very refreshing and delightful IPA that delivers notes in a delicate, but firm way rather than being forward and brash.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
