We brewed a seemingly straightforward German Pilsner that features a blend of Hallertau hops, but infused it with Colorado blue spruce tips. This beer offers the crisp, bready and floral backbone of a classic German pilsner, while the flavor is alpine bliss - think lemon balm, balsam fir, and a medley of dried alpine flowers. Pinecrest is one of our most unique lagers to date, and most importantly, is incredibly drinkable. A lot of work and experimentation went into fine-tuning this beer and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
