This is a great beer to remind you why WCIPA is not dead and heading in a wonderful direction. It's a beautifully balanced blend of Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Chinook with a firm bitterness and aromatic citrus/pine nose. Expect classic notes of grapefruit and pine with a new age sweet orange-pineapple twist. As with our more recent WCIPAs, there’s enough bitterness to remind you that it’s an IPA but the mouthfeel is soft enough to welcome hazy IPA lovers back into the fold. Don’t let the clarity fool you, there’s a lot of hops packed in this one.

(review from May 2021) Exceptionally well balanced, tasty, 2x ipa w/much more than advertised hoppy/bitter bite for 65ibus. Great palate heft & citrusy/floral/fruity/piney flavors, lighter but mouthcoating aftertaste and such a smooth fooler of an 8%er that drinks like less!
