We're bringing back WTPG for our anniversary week with a revised lineup of hops for this West Coast-style IPA. There's no doubt that long-time IPA lovers res(i)nate with the deep layers of pine and citrus in the classics and the hops that are responsible for such characteristics. For this version, we layered in Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and a killer lot of Chinook from the fine folks at Roy Farms. What punches through in the flavor and aroma of this beer sits on a fine line between familiar and new.
