Seven years of brewing hazy IPAs and we continually look to improve how we do things. Tweaks in yeast expression, hop contact time, grist composition, water chemistry, layering order — the obsession is ongoing, and that's exactly how we like it.

This NE-style DIPA is built around hops that have become tried-and-true in our hazy program — Citra, Strata, and Mosaic — with Mosaic Cryo and New Zealand-grown Superdelic threaded in to push the aroma somewhere past eleven. The result is classic orange Julius territory with a tropical lean: peach-pineapple, red berries, yellow mango.
