16oz can from Broken Top. Bright, clear golden pour, patchy, tight head. Soft hoppy, piney aroma with caramel malts. Taste leads with the hops, sweet, toffee malt holding it up. This a really solid IPA. No haze, no gimmicks

On tap at the finish line at Silver Falls today. Thank you, all.
A clear Light copper with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing this looks good. The nose is classic west coast IPA, a nice blend of CA and OR interpretation of the style with a blend of aggressive pine bitterness, orange peel and some grapefruit. Minimal malt sweetness, though there is a mild dough note present. The palate opens bitter and pungent, with pine, grapefruit and orange peel, bright yet biting with a clean bitterness. The malt character is mild and doughy, a little different from the better ones of the style, but given the time and place, it hit the spot. Bitter on the finish with alcohol well hidden, this is solid.
