Look: Nearly clear blond in color with a sudsy head that settles to a lid and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon, fresh baked bread, lime, floral notes, and wafts of orange
Taste: Lemon & lime hit first and soon followed by waves of bready malt and flowers that soon join into the mix. A little orange appears as the citrus notes develop and closes with lemon-lime
Mouthfeel: Full, slightly smooth, medium-high carbonation, and a soft finish
Overall: I dig it. This is probably these folks’ most accessible beer to me but I had surprisingly never had it before. A nice American Blonde that definitely utilizes and showcases Cascade hops well and has a smooth feel going on that I assume the oats are responsible for. Well-made and tasty – I’ll have this again
