Taster at brewery. Clear, bright golden, skimpy head. Woody aroma, light sweet notes, faint hoppy presence. Taste is sweet Malts, creamy, bread, smooth. Really light and super drinkable.

Just a light beer. Better than the mass produced with similar easy drinking flavors. VBC has better options available, however if you’re stuck wanting a plain lite beer this will do.

When the take on lager isn't in the cards or for when the taste for pilsner wants a little more character, brewers of Versailles Brewing reaches for the blonde ale.
Deep straw and light in gold, Prince Madoc pours with a creamy white froth while swooning the nose with the whimsy of honeysuckle, perfume and an overall flowery bouquet. A simple taste of fresh bread, light honey and a modest cereal character soothes the sweet tooth early in taste.
As the floral and honey taste develops, a fruitier taste emerges with light apple, lemon and faint pear. Allowing a mild hop balance to infiltrate the malty attitude with a light citrus, grassy and resinous taste to take an edge off of the sweetness with notions of orange peel and mild grapefruit. Trending more malty than hoppy, the finish is crisp, bready and light in taste.
Medium light in body, the beer acts like pilsner at first, but its fruitier, slightly richer honey taste shares glimpses into the blonde ale bones of the recipe along with showing a semblance to American hops in its finishing profile.
