L: Had this beer on-tap at Krikelkay, poured into a taster glass. Had a dark, mahogany brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, off white, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A decent enough aroma of malt, a nutty quality, honey, caramel, and hops.
T: Tasted of a bit of caramel (could've used a bit more), some of the advertised honey, a good amount of malt (present throughout), light hops, and some of the brown ale nuttiness. A not-bad flavor on the whole. The honey is certainly present, but not as big a factor. Could've used a little more oomph with the ingredients, but still not bad.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solid, but not spectacular brown ale. Worth a look though.
