Brown color with a thin head.
Aroma with notes of prunes, apples, caramel and toasted malts.
Flavor with notes of caramel, prunes, apple juice, raisins and toasted malts. Dry aftertaste with a good bitterness and an alcoholic finish.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 8% is well put for the style.
Well executed Doppelbock with tons of dry fruits on a caramel malt base.
