Year 2021.
Golden color with a thick two fingers head.
Funky sour aroma with notes of horse sweat, yellow fruits and sulfur.
Flavor with notes of lemon, some wood, pepper, vanilla, sweat, lactic acid and green apples. Quite dry and acid aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
True Wild Ale with nice tart and funky notes. Not a fake local experience. I wonder if this younger was as fun as it is now. Worth it.
