Elaborada con cassis, vainas de vainilla de Madagascar y lactosa sobre una base de malta de avena. Fresca y apenas dulce. Pero a no confundirse, este juguito es solo para adultos.

Deep beet color with a wine-colored thin head.
Mildly earthy and sour aroma with notes of blackcurrants, guava, lactic acid and beet. This last one just a coincidence with its color, likely a combination of earthy, red and faint sweet notes, once is not part of the recipe.
Sour taste with notes of beet, blackcurrants, lemon, lactic acid, vanilla, non-sweet guava and a variety of red fruits. Dry and sour aftertaste.
Light body with slightly effervescent sensation. Alcohol of 7.5% is completely absent.
Earthy and tart Sour with bold black and red fruits and beet notes. All sugar was attenuated in this beer. This felt much sourer than its nose and gave my tongue some acid burning numbness.
