Note, the beer is listed as a Red IPA, but no option exists for the style on BA.
Pours a rich, burnished copper with a substantial collar of foam that subsides to cling to the side of the glass, leaving a couple of mm to cover the beer.
Aroma is caramel malts with a tangy, fruity hint in the background.
Flavour largely follows the taste with a satisfying bitterness at the back end. Doesn't hide its alcohol but the sensation is quite pleasant.
Mouthfeel is slightly full, carbonation is minimal but well suited to the beer.
A very nice beer!
