Slightly hazy amber color with a thin head.
Mild aroma with notes of passion fruit, pineapple juice sourness and wheat malt.
Flavor with predominant notes of passion fruit juice, oranges, wheat, yeast and a mild sourness seen in wheat beers. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and faint sourness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Passion fruit did predominate, but it lacked hops to balance this and be closer to style. Guys Blue Moon is not an American Wheat!
