Botled jun '04. Pours out ok but no good head to get on my tulip glas. Beer is dark reddishbrown with a fine haze and foam could be white but not sure cause of the amounts.
Nose is malty; caramel and dark malt( vienna?). Further litle yeast but no Saaz hoparome as it says on the botle. Too bad cause it would fit but ok after 9 monts cause its mostly gone.
Taste is strong caramel malty with some sweetness and some bitterness. Alcohol is noticeble much for the 7.5% that it actually is also. More then just drinkable beer but think it should be younger when you really want to enjoy it at his best.
