BB Dec 06. Lasting but not overwelming head that stays well and a orangebrown beer with good haze. Nose is very phenolic, shows good caramellic malt and has a spicy, fresh and litle fruity overall impression. Taste is also good giving full maltyness with good caramellic touch, litle sweet but not overdone, liny sournote and some hops also. Yes this is really enjoyable and with the phenolic yeastarome certainly something else as the regular bottom fermented bock. Also good sweetness and carbonisation and an overal fine mouthfeel. Easy drinkable and recomendable.... if you can find it.
