BB may 2006. Not much head comming on this one and for te rest a pale golden beer with quiet some haze. Nose is lots of ripe apple with wide pallet of maltyness but can't find the listed roast in nose. Toste is candysugarred sweet applejuice with some maltyness and a low bitter aftertaste that has some yeastnote in it. Nice mouthfeel with good carbonisation and te freshness of the esterpalate. Alcohol also there but not disturbing and well dosed. Not a bad brew and well worth a try IMO but have seen betters from this brewery.
