BB jul 2006. Nice white head and a pale golden beer with opalizing haze. Nose is koreander pale malts together with a phenolic yeast arome and some candynote. Yeastautolysation also there so quiet sharp nose aswell as a sweet gale like arome to it. Taste is quiet full and has good maltyness. Quiet salty mouthfeel and bitterness islitle phenolic and hanging. Not a bad brew but probably kept litle too long in my cellar. Getting more and more enjoyable though after some sips and I even started digging taste and liking it

Orange gold color, with a slight chill haze
smell: hoppy, mild fruity, slightly sweet
taste: slightly bitter, nice, medium to thin body. The taste also reminds me of the days when I used to use dry yeast strains. I can't put my finger on it, but there is something characteristic about the taste, let me describe it as unfresh or old chewing gum? Fortunatelly this taste is at the background.
Aftertaste: dry, slight bitter
All together a pretty decent beer, which could have a little more hop aroma for my liking.
