One of the series "de Brouwerij" , "Vrijheid", "tijdverdrijf", "Jan van Amstel" and maybe others.
All BBE October 2007. Snowwhite head and a dark golden almost amber beer. Nose is yeasty, koreander, orangeand some maltyness. Taste is strong for 5.6 and hangingly bitter. Sorry guys, I know you grow this in Schijndel where the brewery is situated but this is far from delicate hops in type( listed Taurus) and in taste as this bitterness hangs for ages and has no peak. Far from fine arome though noticable or is it? Further actually not that bad, well carbonated, some maltyness and quiet strong alcohol taste and nose. Certainly drinkable but really needs different hops to make this further well drinkable in something realy worth trying.
